Политика относится к этому сайту и к Telegram-боту @undercode_steward_bot, куда ведут кнопки сайта.
1. Что собирает сайт
Без вашего согласия сайт не собирает о вас ничего, кроме того, что описано ниже в этом разделе. На сайте нет форм и рекламных систем. Квиз считает ответы прямо в браузере и никуда их не отправляет. Шрифты и скрипты сайта загружаются с этого же сервера.
Сервер видит IP-адрес и сведения о браузере, пока передаёт страницу. Их он не сохраняет. В технический журнал попадают только время запроса, адрес страницы, код ответа, размер и время обработки, без IP-адреса и сведений о браузере. Журнал нужен, чтобы находить ошибки и сломанные ссылки, и хранится 7 дней.
В браузере сохраняется ваш ответ на вопрос о cookie: разрешили вы счётчики или отказались. Отметка нужна, чтобы вопрос не появлялся снова, и счётчикам не передаётся. Если браузер не даёт сохранить отказ обычным способом, сайт записывает его в собственную cookie на год. Её видит только сервер этого сайта и ничего с ней не делает.
2. Счётчики посещений
Если вы нажмёте «Разрешить», на сайте включаются Яндекс Метрика (ООО «Яндекс», Россия) и Google Analytics (Google LLC, США). Они ставят свои cookie и получают:
- IP-адрес и примерное местоположение по нему;
- тип устройства, браузер, язык и размер экрана;
- откуда вы пришли, какие страницы открыли, сколько на них были;
- нажали ли вы кнопку перехода в Telegram-бота.
Зачем: понять, сколько людей заходит на сайт, откуда и что им интересно, и по этим данным улучшать сайт. Запись действий на странице (Вебвизор) выключена. Имя, телефон и почту счётчики не получают.
Основание: ваше согласие. Данные Google Analytics хранятся на серверах Google за пределами России, в том числе в США. Это трансграничная передача, и оператор уведомляет о ней Роскомнадзор.
Сводные отчёты (сколько было посещений, откуда) хранятся в Метрике и Google Analytics по правилам этих сервисов. Данные, привязанные к cookie конкретного посетителя, в Google Analytics хранятся 2 месяца с последнего посещения и удаляются при ежемесячной очистке. Отчёты видит только Евгений.
Отозвать согласие можно в любой момент: кнопка «Настройки cookie» внизу главной страницы, затем «Отказаться». Счётчики выключатся, их cookie будут удалены. Можно также очистить данные сайта в браузере.
3. Видео YouTube
Видео открывается в плеере YouTube (youtube-nocookie.com) только после того, как вы нажмёте на него. С этого момента YouTube обрабатывает данные по своим правилам и может поставить свои cookie. До нажатия сайт к YouTube не обращается.
4. Что обрабатывает Telegram-бот
Бот получает ваши данные, только если вы сами его откроете. Бот хранит:
- ваш Telegram ID и имя пользователя;
- по какой ссылке вы пришли и какие материалы получили;
- если оставите заявку на консультацию, ответы на 4 вопроса;
- если напишете по сотрудничеству, тему, текст обращения и отметки вашего согласия.
Зачем: выдать материал, который вы запросили, и связаться с вами по заявке или обращению. Ответы на вопросы заявки и текст обращения передаются Евгению, автору UnderCode, только после вашего согласия и подтверждения в боте. Доступ к этим данным есть только у него.
Основание: ваше согласие, которое вы даёте в боте кнопкой, и ваша просьба выдать материал или ответить на заявку.
Данные бота не продаются, не передаются для рекламы и не используются для рассылок без вашей просьбы. Переписка с ботом идёт через Telegram, и для неё действуют также правила Telegram.
5. Сколько хранятся данные бота
Не дольше 12 месяцев с вашего последнего сообщения боту. Незаконченная заявка хранится 24 часа, затем удаляется. Остальные данные удаляются по истечении 12 месяцев.
6. Ваши права
Вы можете узнать, какие данные о вас хранятся, попросить их исправить или удалить и отозвать согласие. Удобнее всего так:
- в боте откройте «Мои данные» или отправьте команду
/delete_me: бот удалит ваши данные после подтверждения; - согласие на счётчики отзывается кнопкой «Настройки cookie» внизу главной страницы;
- с другим вопросом о данных напишите в боте через «Сотрудничество» → «По другим вопросам».
На запрос о ваших данных ответим не позже 10 рабочих дней с момента, когда он пришёл.
7. Ссылки на другие сайты
На сайте есть ссылки на Telegram, YouTube, Instagram*, Threads и GitHub. Когда вы переходите туда, действуют правила этих сервисов.
* Instagram принадлежит компании Meta, признанной экстремистской и запрещённой в России.
8. Изменения
Если политика изменится, на этой странице появится новая редакция с датой.

This policy covers this website and the Telegram bot @undercode_steward_bot that the site's buttons lead to.
1. What the website collects
Without your consent the site collects nothing about you beyond what this section describes below. There are no forms or ad systems. The quiz works out your answers in the browser and sends them nowhere. The site's fonts and scripts load from this same server.
The server sees your IP address and browser details while it delivers a page and does not store them. Its technical log keeps only the request time, page address, response code, size and processing time, with no IP address or browser details. The log is used to find errors and broken links and is kept for 7 days.
Your browser keeps your answer to the cookie question: whether you allowed the counters or declined. It stops the question from showing again and is never sent to the counters. If the browser does not let the site store a refusal the usual way, the site keeps it in its own cookie for a year. Only this site's server sees it, and it does nothing with it.
2. Visit counters
If you click “Allow”, the site turns on Yandex Metrica (Yandex LLC, Russia) and Google Analytics (Google LLC, USA). They set their own cookies and receive:
- your IP address and the approximate location it gives;
- device type, browser, language and screen size;
- where you came from, which pages you opened and how long you stayed;
- whether you clicked a button leading to the Telegram bot.
Why: to see how many people visit, where they come from and what interests them, and to improve the site. Session recording (Webvisor) is off. The counters do not get your name, phone or email.
Basis: your consent. Google Analytics data is stored on Google servers outside Russia, including the USA. This is a cross-border transfer, and the operator notifies Roskomnadzor about it.
Summary reports (how many visits, where from) are kept in Metrica and Google Analytics under those services' rules. Google Analytics keeps data tied to an individual visitor's cookie for 2 months after the last visit and removes it in its monthly clean-up. Only Evgeniy sees the reports.
You can withdraw consent at any time: “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the home page, then “Decline”. The counters switch off and their cookies are deleted. Clearing the site data in your browser works too.
3. YouTube videos
A video opens in the YouTube player (youtube-nocookie.com) only after you click it. From then on YouTube processes data under its own rules and may set its own cookies. Before the click the site does not contact YouTube.
4. What the Telegram bot processes
The bot gets your data only if you open it yourself. The bot stores:
- your Telegram ID and username;
- which link you came from and which materials you received;
- if you apply for a consultation, your answers to 4 questions;
- if you write about cooperation, the topic, your message and the marks of your consent.
Why: to send you the material you asked for and to contact you about your application or request. Your answers and message reach Evgeniy, the author of UnderCode, only after you consent and confirm in the bot. Only he has access to this data.
Basis: the consent you give with a button in the bot, and your request to receive material or a reply.
The bot's data is not sold, not shared for advertising and not used for mailings you did not ask for. The conversation goes through Telegram, so Telegram's rules apply to it as well.
5. How long the bot keeps data
No longer than 12 months after your last message to the bot. An unfinished application is kept for 24 hours, then deleted. Everything else is deleted after 12 months.
6. Your rights
You can ask what data about you is stored, have it corrected or deleted, and withdraw your consent. The easiest way:
- in the bot, open “My data” or send
/delete_me: the bot deletes your data after you confirm; - consent to the counters is withdrawn with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the home page;
- for any other question about your data, write in the bot under “Cooperation” → “Other questions”.
We answer a request about your data within 10 working days of receiving it.
7. Links to other sites
The site links to Telegram, YouTube, Instagram, Threads and GitHub. Once you go there, those services' rules apply.
8. Changes
If this policy changes, a new version with its date will appear on this page.
